Who we are

This website, connieglynn.com, belongs to the author Connie Glynn, who is responsible for the personal information collected through it. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, email Connie’s management at mark@freefocus.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Newsletter. If you sign up to the newsletter, we collect your email address so that we can send you news about Connie and her books. You are only added to the list once you have confirmed your subscription using the link in the email we send you. We rely on your consent to do this, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Emails to management. If you email Connie’s management, your message and email address are handled by Free Focus so that they can reply to you.

Running the website. Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that automatically processes technical information, such as your IP address and the type of browser you use, in order to show you the site and keep it secure.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information.

Newsletter email addresses are stored with Kit, the service we use to send the newsletter. Kit is based in the United States, so your email address may be stored there. You can read how Kit looks after information in Kit’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe and a link to update your details.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

Children

If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up to the newsletter.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. To do any of these, email mark@freefocus.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
